Executives and Boards need accurate, comprehensive reporting on the physical condition of their assets, and they need to know when they have the tools to maintain their communities while being as efficient and green as practical, and that they have the funds to act strategically when changes are necessary. This session provides the insight and strategy Executives and Boards need to preserve their physical assets. Participants will learn how Boards and Executives gain an objective analysis of their communities’ physical condition, actions necessary to maximize physical plant efficiencies and actions necessary to ensure physical assets are properly maintained.
