Building Consulting Firm zumBrunnen Adds Rob Milam as Project Manager

Atlanta, GA – November 14, 2013 – zumBrunnen, Inc., an independent building consulting firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Rob Milam as a Project Manager with the firm. Milam has worked with zumBrunnen since 2007 as a part-time Project Manager, and the firm is delighted to add him to the team on a full-time basis.
Milam brings 20 years of experience in design, construction and engineering to the team. He is a former field engineer and assistant project manager with Batson Cook Construction and Choate Construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Auburn University. As a Project Manager, Milam will work directly with clients across the country, providing them with objective and thorough construction monitoring services, detailed facility assessment reports and accurate forecasts of replacement reserves for planning and budgeting purposes.
