John zumBrunnen, Founder and CEO of the firm, is one of three speakers presenting an educational session titled “A Pathway to Successful Facility and Strategic Planning” on Wednesday, November 4 from 12:00 – 1:30 PM. This session will explain how facility assessments and capital replacement funding plans are essential elements to help an organization objectively model and validate a renovation, repositioning or replacement of a building or an entire community. The speakers will discuss how to evaluate an organization’s physical health, financial strength and capacity to access capital. Attendees will gain an understanding of the philosophies and methodologies that financial advisors and engineers use to strategically plan for new services and capital improvements.
