The session will explore how financial advisors and engineers work with executive officers and board members to help senior living communities assess their facilities, create a strategic funding plan and develop and fund a capital improvement budget. Attendees will learn how to evaluate financial strength and their capacity to access capital, and how to model their capital capacity to fund their strategic plan and capital projects.
