Office spaces, including traditional offices and medical office buildings (MOB), are being developed once again. In adaptive reuse projects, former retail spaces and other existing non-office facilities, are also being repositioned as office spaces. These projects are coming together more quickly than ever, and having an independent building expert on the team helps streamline reporting and keeps things on track.
For transactions, zumBrunnen evaluates individual buildings or a portfolio of properties to accurately assess facility condition to enhance negotiations. On new construction, zumBrunnen collaborates with the project team, builds consensus, solves problems, and gets projects completed quickly, so clients can move on to their next deal.
