The session will explore the philosophies and methodologies financial advisors and engineers use to strategically plan for and implement new services and capital improvements. Attendees will learn how to evaluate financial strength and their capacity to access capital, and how to model their capital capacity to fund their strategic plan and capital projects. The session will also explain how facility assessments and capital replacement funding positions them to objectively model and validate a renovation, repositioning or replacement of a building or an entire facility.
