Doyen’s session is titled The Fundamentals of Strategic Capital Planning: Understanding Your Financial and Physical Health and Capabilities. The presentation will be held on Wednesday, June 6 from 1:45-3:15 pm. The session will focus on the importance of the strategic planning process. This session will explain the fundamental issues in the process and explore how to use smart planning to position communities for the future.
